A British-style bitter, brewed with Maris Otter, East Kent Goldings, and Styrian Aurora. Notes of oak, citrus marmalade, black tea, and ripe pear. 4.5% ABV.
A dark mild ale, brewed with black and chocolate malt. Hopped gently with Sazz, Bramling Cross, and Cascade. Notes of bittersweet chocolate, tart raspberries, and toffee. 4% ABV.
A lightly spiced, saison-style beer brewed with spelt and wild yeast. Pale in color but not in character, Solaire finishes at about 4% to make for highly drinkable yet complex beer.
IPA brewed with Lemon Drop and Centennial. Notes of lemon rind, that classic melon skin, and a rainbow sherbert fruit punch party. 5.5% ABV.
