Earlier this month, we did a collaboration with Tonewood Brewing out of NJ, creating a New England style Double IPA. Allocated is brewed with oats, spelt, & hopped with: Galaxy, Mosaic, and Mandarina Bavaria. Big notes of honeysuckle, guava, passionfruit, and mandarin orange. 8.5% ABV.
