Buck is a Saison brewed with malted buckwheat and aged for 18 months in neutral red wine puncheons with wild heirloom agave nectar. At packaging we blended it with a small portion of young foeder Saison to balance the rustic earthiness of the buckwheat and round the oak character development from the long aging. 5.9% ABV.
