What did we know when we set up a small brewpub on the island of Coronado 19 years ago? Not nearly as much as we know now! Throughout CBC¹s history, we¹ve stayed thirsty for beer and knowledge, making each day into a learning experience. We¹ve taken the time to hone our skills, maturing rather than aging.
