Sometimes you want to drink an IPA that will melt your teeth, and sometimes you want balance. We went for balance here. Although we continuously hopped this beer for an hour and the IBU’s are nearly 90, we leveled it out with a healthy does of Marris Otter and caramel malts. 6.5% ABV.
