This modern style cider has a deep, mahogany color and caramel nose. Apple notes are rounded out with a smooth, honey finish. Orange blossom honey and Belgian candy syrup are added before fermentation to enhance the flavor and allow an ABV of 7.5%. The Dark Cide(r) is finished with more orange blossom honey and Michigan apple juice.
