We started this absurdly tasty DIPA with a hefty malt bill of Weyerman Extra Pale Premium Pilsner, white wheat, chit, and a whole lot of rolled oats. Then, we hopped the living hell out of it with Nelson, Mosaic, and Amarillo, yielding a hazy marvel bursting with juicy pineapple, mango, white grapes, and stone fruit, with a light floral character on the finish. We’re pretty frickin’ psyched about this one, and we’re relatively confident you will be, too.
