A 100% Simcoe IPA. Over the years we’ve brewed many tributes to this magical hop we love and so for this one we decided to kick it up a notch and combine the new school with the old. Brewed from a blend of Pale and Pils malts, flaked oats, raw wheat, light crystal malt and chit (dextrine) malt that leave a nicely rounded body and mouthfeel reminiscent of the new school but balanced with 75 IBU assault of Double Dry Hopped Simcoe flavor and aroma all wrapped in a wonderfully clear (yet still unfilterd) beer. Notes of juicy mango and pine, tangerine oil, candied malt and pure satisfaction. 6.2% ABV.
