An American Pale Ale brewed with Pale, Oat and Crystal malts, Flaked Oats and loads of Cascade and Citra in the boil. Dry hopped with equal parts of more Cascade and Citra with a touch of Columbus thrown in for good measure. Notes of lemon balm, grapefruit, vanilla wafers, honey and light pine. 5.5% ABV.
