This Belgian Style Triple is fermented with an abbey ale yeast and triple hopped with spicy/fruity hops. A bit of orange plays of the yeast nicely as emerging alcohol's finish in the end balancing the dryness. The intertwining aspects of spicy/banana/and pineapple esters from the yeast balance nicely with the hops additions and leave a subtle bitterness at the end. 8% ABV.
