Westbrook Big Tasty's Back Door is a remix on Stillwater's Cellar Door Saison. A number of herbs and spices known for their therapeutic properties are added to "expand the cleansing aspect of the white sage" in the original recipe. Then, at bottling, they add "brettanomyces bruxellensis for a funky complexity that will develop over time." 6.5% ABV.
