Beer brewed in the memory of Tommy Buonanno, a friend and Philly beer industry leader. The beer is a golden ale brewed with pilsner malt, saison yeast, and chardonnay grape juice, then subsequently triple aged in pinot noir wine barrels. Tack on a late addition of French Aramis hops, and you’ve got quite a distinctive brew. 6% ABV.
