Origin: Newcastle, ME United StatesGeisterweiss is a saison brewed with 100% German wheat and noble hops. Produced in collaboration with Freigeist Bierkultur of Cologne, Germany. For our third collaboration with Sebastian Sauer of Freigeist, we took inspiration from traditional German ingredients fermented with our house saison yeast. Hazy gold in color with notes of banana, clove, white pepper, and lemon peel with a full body and dry, refreshing finish.
