Join us Wednesday, March 18th for a truly far out beer experience featuring seven drafts from Omnipollo- Sweden’s craft ale envelope pushers. We’ll be featuring IPAs, sours, & pastry stouts- as well as firing up a slushie machine for beer slushies & slushie head. We’re sure this will prove to be a playful journey into brewing’s great beyond. Check out the list below:
A peanut butter biscuit stout. 11% ABV.
Ale brewed with lemon & lactose sugar
Double IPA with big citrus aroma and finish. Lots of malt to blance all those hops. 8.5% ABV.
Named after our wiz Karl Grandin, this crisp, thirst-quenching American Pale Ale was brought up with champagne yeast to add an extra layer of flair.
Mazarin is my take on a “thinker’s beer.” Rather than being big and undecipherably complex I wanted to create something that would calm a hop yearning nerve without fuddling the brain too much. ...
Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic IPA
Invited to brew in the US I wanted to use local ingredients. Agamemnon is an Imperial Stout brewed with maple syrup. Boiled 7 hours.
